How to Set Up Your Email Accounts

You should use the following settings to create your mail account:

Account Type: POP3
Login: youremail@yourwebsite.co.uk (the email address that was created for you)
Password: (the password that was created for you)

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourwebsite.co.uk
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourwebsite.co.uk*

PROBLEMS SENDING MAIL:

If you get an error message like this:

Subject 'yoursubject', Account: 'mail.yourwebsite.co.uk', Server: 'yourwebsite', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: 'rblsmtpd: xxx.xxx.x.xxx pid 32568: 451 http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=xx.xxx.x.xxx', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC60

Please change your outgoing mail server port from 25 to 587 (Tools > Accounts [click account] > Advanced > Outgoing Mail > 587)

*Or change the outgoing server from mail.yourwebsite.co.uk to your IP's smtp address

The above can happen due to security and spam settings across servers and can also be due to ISP restrictions, we know Orange to have such restrictions others may also.

How to access online webmail

Type into your web browser address bar webmail.yourwebsite.co.uk
Login to the webmail client using the email address you wish to check as login and the password we provided you with.
