Cancellations of Contract

Net Intelect reserve the rights to change, modify, remove or cancel any commission if payment is not met in full
on completion of the artwork/commisson. Failure to make any payments on time will result in any client artwork / associated accounts and commissions to be cancelled. In these instances we allow a maximum of 28 days for the customer to rectify the situation and make payment or all artwork /commissions will be void. Any deposits for artwork and services will be retained. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change. You can cancel a commission at any time however all deposits will be retained and all rights over artwork held by ' Net Intelect'
unless full payment has been met in which case all artwork would be provided on disc to said 'client' and then
said 'client' would hold all ownership.

Personal data provided to us through this web site will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

Questions or complaints

Complaints or claims must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of artwork, or in the case of non-delivery, in a reasonable time after the commission was expected to arrive. If you have a question or complaint, please contact us.
